Michael Lupario

Michael Lupario President of Western MA Hemp Inc., is a lifelong resident of Easthampton, Massachusetts. He graduated from The University of Massachusetts Amherst receiving a BS in Environmental Science. Over the years Michael has worked in plant and soil labs and for farmers in the Connecticut valley learning from convention while also staying on top of the cutting edge of agricultural innovation and sustainability. His passion for plant-based medicine started in high school where he learned to forage and collect plants with medicinal value and experiment making teas and oils. Hemp dovetailed his desire to farm with the opportunity to bring plant-based medicine to a broader audience. Today Michael leads the production teams both on the farm and in lab, using his expertise and unique formulas to develop highly robust organic hemp-based wellness products.
